What does our deeper nature, the essential nature within, have to do with business? How about EVERYTHING?

Earlier this week, I launched a new training for individuals who work at the intersection of human potential, transformation, and business. I've spent the last few months immersed in creating this training, including the videos, and getting clear about the real differentiators in this space.

Creating the content, focusing on connecting the dots for business, and looking at all the lessons learned working with entrepreneurs and leaders, I can't help but remain convinced that an understanding of the mind and the deeper nature within has the potential to facilitate powerful shifts in our work and lives.

I've seen it for myself as I navigate my own business and with my clients as they navigate theirs.

How does your deeper nature help you in your work and day-to-day life?

What are the innate capacities that help us, and what do they have to do with business?

We have within us a well of invisible resourcefulness. When we see and understand this, we tap into incredible innate capacities for creativity, clarity, fresh perspective, inspiration, resilience, and the wisdom needed for whatever is on our plate.

Beyond the constructs of our thinking and what we already know lies a field of new possibilities and potential.

Beyond our current thinking and mood, we have a center, a space within where peace of mind and clarity reside, where we find our bearings.

Our inner world, our inner landscape, is rich with depth and insight, and when we look in that direction, when we drop in, we experience higher-quality connections and wisdom.

When we navigate our business from this space, we go beyond the usual, the stale, or what is not working and access the clarity, creativity, and inspiration that move us toward our goals and dreams.

When we want to grow, increase clients, and expand our reach, centering ourselves from this space gives us new ideas and allows us to connect more authentically and powerfully with others.

We get present. We listen, connect, and build strong bonds, which leads to trust.

We get out of our heads and all our thinking about what we need to do, what's working, what's not, and we engage. We move. We get comfortable taking the next step without knowing all the variables.

We allow the unfolding and let wisdom inform us along the way.
