About Our Founder
Transformation and how we bring our best selves to our work and lives has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. Change was often puzzling. Why could I change in some areas but would struggle in others. This began a quest that is still alive to this day. Understanding human nature and how we access dormant potentials, step into new expressions and bring our full self to our work remains at the heart of what I do. In the span of my career, I have worked globally with hundreds of Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs, Executive Leaders, Teams and Organizations helping them understand the relationship between their internal world and their work in the world.

The Timeline
1992-1997
- This is when adult change and transformation – including my own – really took a hold on me and I began career in personal development training including 2-year advanced training focused in Adlerian Psychology. Co-Led public experiential transformative trainings across the country.
- Started my first consulting business – naive, green and enthusiastic. With, if I’m being completely transparant, a lot to learn about running a business, sales pipelines, etc.
- Through my reputation as a teacher, I was eventually scouted and offered a job I couldn’t refuse.
1997-2000
- Hired to create personal and professional training function within company. When company was acquired, I was offered the role of head of HR & Training. These years began my work and evolution in employee engagement, training, leadership and organizational development.
2000-2003
- Went out on my own and started a training, coaching and consulting company. Started with a bang and ended with a plop. For those paying attention…this one hurt AND I learned a ton!
2003-2011
- An amazing career with CWT. I was responsible for starting the North American OD function and later was promoted and moved to Paris to start and head up the Global Talent Management & OD function. In that role, I was responsible for talent management, executive development, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, change management and all learning.
2012-present
- 12+ years as the founder of a global coaching and consulting company working with leaders, entrepreneurs and companies from around the world. Through our work together they access more clarity, insight, creativity, and higher-quality ideas. They lead with more passion and empathy and empower their teams and organizations to do the same creating resilient cultures that thrive.
Through all these changes and the unexpected ups and downs, I have remained a passionate explorer and student of human potential: transformation, unleashing creative expression, our true nature, and its expression in business and leadership.
