MONTH 1
ATTUNEMENT – TUNING THE VESSEL
PRACTITIONER AS INSTRUMENT
You are the vessel, not the source. Attunement means becoming clear enough for the deeper intelligence of the field to move through you without distortion. You’ll learn to sense your own signal beneath the noise, recognize when you’re efforting versus present, and discover how impact flows less from your methods and more from the energy you broadcast. This is where the field itself does the work — and you become the channel, not the engine.
Inner shift: grounded clarity, self-trust, and freedom from performing.
Outer skill: greater precision, intuition, and resonance in every interaction.
MONTH 2
THE CONTAINER – THE GROUND OF IMPACT
PRACTITIONER AS RIVER BANK & GUIDE
Impact begins with the quality of space you create, not the words you say. Here, you’ll explore how to establish a field that’s safe, neutral, and resonant — a container that invites people out of defensiveness and into honesty and vulnerability. You’ll learn that you don’t “hold” space by performing a role; the field stabilizes through your presence, openness, and willingness to co-create. Like a tuning fork, your steadiness attunes the room.
Inner shift: deeper steadiness, neutrality, and compassionate witnessing.
Outer skill: creating coherent, transformational spaces in sessions, groups, and teams.
MONTH 3
TRANSFORMATION – POWERFUL SHIFTS, DEEPER LIBERATION
PRACTITIONER AS REFLECTOR & TRUTHTELLER
Transformation is not repair work — it’s the gentle unraveling of what was never real. You’ll discover how change unfolds naturally when old stories loosen in the presence of stillness, openness, and clean truth-telling. Learn to meet sensation directly, speak truth without agenda, and guide clients toward wholeness rather than fixing what you perceive as broken. This is where waking up becomes the work, and liberation arises from presence, not force.
Inner shift: comfort with uncertainty, deeper surrender, and trust in what’s already whole.
Outer skill: facilitating powerful shifts without formulas — guiding from insight to freedom.
MONTH 4
INTEGRATION – FROM INSIGHT TO EMBODIMENT
PRACTITIONER AS BRIDGE & ANCHOR
Insight without integration is just a beautiful idea. Here, you learn to bridge the profound and the practical — helping clients carry the felt sense of transformation into their daily lives, relationships, and work. You’ll discover how to offer anchors without over-directing, normalize the cycles of growth, and honor that embodiment unfolds iteratively, not perfectly.
Inner shift: cultivating ease while engaging in the messy middle; trusting in the organic pace of change.
Outer skill: supporting clients to stay with their realization until it lives in them — and through them.
MONTH 5
THE PRACTITIONER’S PATH – LIVING THE WORK
PRACITIONER AS LIVING PRACTICE
This brings the entire journey alive – where practitioner becomes the practice. This dimension closes the circle: your ongoing awakening becomes inseparable from your impact. You’ll explore what it means to stay revealed while revealing, to be transformed by the same truths you offer, and to let the work continually reshape you. Authenticity isn’t performed — it’s lived.
Inner shift: freedom from pretense; willingness to be seen and reshaped by your own work.
Outer skill: congruence and presence that can’t be faked — clients feel the transmission, not just the technique.
