Barbara Patterson is the founder of INNERVERSE GLOBAL, a coaching and consulting company helping entrepreneurs & leaders from around the world access more clarity and creativity, have greater impact, build powerful relationships and experience higher levels of fulfillment in work and life. Barb has lived and worked in Europe and the US and has over 30 years of experience in personal, professional, and organizational transformation. She understands firsthand the role that our internal world plays in our work in the world. Moving beyond a limited conditioned mind, old models of hustle, striving and pressure and instead accessing more ease and flow has helped her and her clients step into new expressions and more fulfilling work life.
