CAN YOU RELATE?
Coaching and consulting often draw us in because we want to make a difference.
We love the work itself. The conversations. The transformation. Learning to become better at meeting people, listening deeply, seeing more clearly, and helping someone move.
Somewhere in that calling, business owner rarely feels like the part we signed up for.
The business can start to feel separate from the “real work”.
But the difference you want to make needs a practice that can carry it.
And creating that practice asks something of you too.
Your business isn’t separate from your development as a practitioner.
If you want to create a thriving, sustainable practice, at some point you have to fully step into being the person who owns it. Someone willing to create, lead, tend, and grow a business and who can reach people.
That means navigating money, visibility, uncertainty, relationships, decisions, invitations, disappointment, opportunity, and change.
And in the process, your business has a way of revealing you to yourself.
It shows you where you wait for certainty. Where you hesitate to be seen. Where you stay busy rather than move something forward. Where a no knocks you off course. Where you underestimate what’s possible.
And where there may be capacities, ideas, ambition, creativity, and potential in you that your current way of operating hasn’t required yet.
Building a business doesn’t just ask you what to do next. It asks who you are becoming capable of being as you create it.
You may be spending a lot of time on your business without fully being in the business of creating it.
You tweak the website. Adjust the offer. Wonder whether you should post more. Question your niche. Think about the pricing. You look at what everyone else is doing. Worry about where the clients are going to come from.
All of that can consume enormous energy while a more fundamental question remains untouched:
Have I fully stepped into being the owner of this practice?
Owning a practice looks different.
You stay in contact with people. You initiate. You listen to what’s actually happening rather than only thinking about what might work.
You make decisions. You experiment. You create offers and make invitations. You pay attention to what works and learn from what doesn’t.
You stay open when the results aren’t immediate.
You develop the ability to recover, adapt, and keep creating. You learn to distinguish activity from movement.
And over time, your capacity to lead the business grows along with the business itself.
DURING THE WEBINAR WE WILL EXPLORE…
Why becoming a business owner is part of becoming a practitioner, not a separate role you have to tolerate.
What building a practice reveals about your relationship with visibility, money, uncertainty, desire, rejection, and possibility.
A distinction between activity and movement you can apply to your own business immediately.
A different question to ask yourself when you feel stuck, one that points at ownership instead of tactics.
How our own assumptions, identities, and protective patterns can quietly limit what we're able to imagine or create.
What changes when we begin treating the business itself as a place of learning, development, and awakening.
It will be a chance to look more honestly at what it means to bring your work into the world and to build a practice capable of carrying the difference you want to make.
If you’re ready to embrace the fullness of who you are, your work with others, AND your business, save your spot now!
