THE PATH THEY DON’T TEACH
A free excerpt from a 3-hour live immersion
with
AILA COATS & BARB PATTERSON
This excerpt is taken from a 3-hour immersion where we explored the deeper ground we stand on as practitioners, coaches, guides, and leaders when working with others. It includes an exploration into the three common ways we can get in our own way as practitioners.
Please excuse any abrupt transitions as we’ve removed the interactions with participants.

ABOUT US
We’ve known each other for over ten years, and it was love and respect at first sight for both of us. Our paths on the outside look different. Barb’s world has been entrepreneurs, founders, executives and practitioners. Aila’s has been teens, parents, high-performance athletes and coaches. But the internal path has been remarkably similar. We’ve both been students of transformation and awakening since our teens. We chose this work before it was a profession and stayed with it through every season.
What brought our work together was simple. A shared love for the depth of this work and a desire to help practitioners have real impact while building practices that are aligned, alive, and thriving. Over the past year, that shared impulse has surprised us both by opening into more pathways than we expected.
We are both solopreneurs. We know what it costs to build something that works. Financially, creatively, personally. And we’ve continued to do our own inner work alongside everything else.
This is the ground we teach from.
