The ROI of State-of-Mind in Business
Interview with Peter Wright
Peter Wright has had a 30-year career, where he has held senior leadership positions in several large and well-respected organizations. His last role was Head of Procurement for SABMiller Europe, leading a functional transformation project, building a regional organization and then deeply involved in two divestments, which resulted from the merger with ABInbev, the 5th largest merger in corporate history. Peter recently founded Infinite Insights, a coaching business focused on working with executives, leadership teams and high potential individuals in FTSE / Fortune companies.
Today I’m joined by Peter Wright to talk about the ROI of state-of-mind in business. Peter, a student of the principles, has experienced the infinite value of leading from this understanding. Additionally, he has seen the impact of training his team in this understanding, in the midst of major organizational change and uncertainty. Peter has witnessed for himself how organizations can thrive with state-of-mind as the guide, boosting performance, creative problem-solving, and overall well-being. Not to mention, greatly influence bottom-line results.
