The Inner-Being of Business & Leadership online program is the culmination of over 30 years experience working in the field of personal, professional and organizational development. Specifically, my work in the last 12+ years around the greatest leverage for change – our inner climate. Where we come from, inside ourselves, in any given moment is having way more influence than you might imagine.
This understanding goes beyond mindset, productivity hacks, communication models and techniques to explore and assist you in tapping into new levels of presence, clarity, creativity and insight. People often dismiss the inner work of realization and transformation as “soft skills” yet for any business owner or leader that has navigated change, growth, a tough market or a tough problem, and isn’t getting the results they desire, it quickly becomes obvious that something other than hard work is at play.
Traditionally labeled soft skills like leadership presence, clarity of mind, an ability to bounce back, bring fresh ideas to the table and influence are key abilities in creating a business that thrives. In my work with entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams from around the world, I focus on helping them transform old paradigms and models of success, limited formulas and access their innate capacity for creative problem solving, flow states, wisdom needed for the moment and powerful connections.
