I have the pleasure of working with many people that are interested in sharing their gifts, talents, ideas, insights & creativity with others. I am often in conversations where they express a desire to grow, expand and step into new expressions of their work or their service to others.
A couple of weeks ago I went “glamping” on the Oregon coast. For those of you that aren’t familiar with the term, it’s a form of camping that is more luxurious than traditional camping.
When things don’t work out as planned do you pivot, adjust and keep going? Or do you get discouraged, filled with self-doubt and wonder what is wrong? When things don’t go down as you had planned or hoped, do you want to stop?
